Frequently asked questions
Can another clinic see our patients?
No. Each clinic’s data is separated twice: by the software itself and by the database. Even a bug in the software will not show one clinic another clinic’s rows.
How do we move patients from Excel?
Send us the spreadsheet: we move it ourselves and show you the result before you start. From another program — via its export to Excel, by arrangement.
Does it work on a phone and tablet?
Yes. The software opens in the browser on a computer, tablet and phone; on a phone you can add it to the home screen. Nothing to install.
Can a mistake be corrected later?
Yes, the director can correct anything. A correction never erases the past: the log shows what it was, what it became, who changed it and when.
Which languages are available?
Azerbaijani, Russian and English. Each staff member picks their own language.
Can we try it for free?
